What will the apprentice be doing?
This training position provides the postholder with employer engagement and business training whilst studying for a higher degree in Business Management. This post provides the opportunity to develop in business management and work with the senior management team and employer engagement team at East Norfolk to help prepare for and support T Levels.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Chartered Manager Degree
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of the 4-year degree, the postholder will have a permanent role at the College supporting the Assistant Principal (Students) and working with the Employer Engagement and Work placement Coordinator to provide the very best contact and support for local businesses and to support the development of students to make them work-ready.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent 96 UCAS Tariff points (Grade Equivalent to 3 A Levels) Essential
