    We welcome trainee software engineers without any experience in development, but a keen interest in getting their hands on code and learning how to develop in a professional and robust manner.

    As part of our rigorous recruitment process we'll thoroughly test your potential for the sorts of behaviours which are typically displayed in high-quality software developers.

    You don't need to have a background in coding, but you must have a clear interest in doing so. We will provide the relevant training in order to develop you to your full potential.

    Personal qualities

    Desired qualifications

    Any of the following:

    • Three A-levels with grades BBB and above in rigorous subjects
    • International Baccalaureate 30 points
    • BTEC DDD
    • Minimum grade B in GCSE Mathematics


    • Be at least 16 years of age
    • Have the right to work in England.
    • Be a citizen of a country within the
      European Economic Area (EEA) or
      have had the right of abode in the UK
      for at least the previous three years on
      the first day of learning
