What will the apprentice be doing?
Quantity Surveyors manage with the financial and legal aspects of construction projects. Quantity Surveyors are construction professionals that have a working knowledge of contracts, law, finance, economics, tendering and procurement.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Alongside working on one of our sites, you will attend Leeds College of Building on a block release basis, where you will work towards a Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the Level 4 programme, many of our Apprentices progress on to a Level 6 Apprenticeship, where they work towards their Degree.
You will also get the opportunity to gain a professional qualification with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
