After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
- Communicating with the CSMs (Customer Success Managers) to understand their priorities for the coming week and month, to identify where you can support
- Reviewing data on internal systems such as Tableau, and speaking with coaches to get apprentice-level insight, to pull together Quarterly Business Review slide decks
- Providing administrative support for communications to clients
- Dealing with questions from coaches about clients
- Communicating with clients over email, phone and zoom about day to day issues
- Working with the Delivery Operations team on process improvements identified during cohort launches

Desired qualifications
- Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and maths
- Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
- Six months' admin experience
