    • We require an enthusiastic Apprentice Business Manager, who can demonstrate organisational, communication and analytical skills
    • The successful candidate will have the ability to support and maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams by proactive leadership
    • You will have aptitude to support the practice in engaging with the wider health economy as required, such as our Neighbourhood. Local Practice Manager network and secondary care providers to ensure we are constantly aware of best practice, and new developments

    The ideal candidate must be able to effectively work well with others in order to enable the organisation to meet their goals. It is also essential that the suitable individual has the ability to problem solve and a willingness to learn.

    • 112 points at A2 - General Studies accepted
    • BTEC Extended Diploma: Distinction, Merit, Merit
    • BTEC Diploma: Distinction*Distinction*
    • Pass Access To HE with 30 Level 3 Credits at Distinction
    • International Baccalaureate: 28P
    • IELTS: 6.0 with no sub-score lower than 5.5
    • GCSE: Maths and English grade C or equivalent
