Saturdays/Nights: £20.35

Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Trust are seeking a highly motivated Registered General Nurse who is currently practicing in the field of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC). This is an exciting new opportunity to work & do bank shifts via NHSP with the IPC Team at Tameside Trust. The successful candidate must hold a recognised qualification in infection prevention and have studies to masters level; have significant clinical practice in this field with experience of working alongside an Infection Prevention Team.

Skills/Responsibilities:
To apply for this post, you will:
• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
• Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual
• Be proficient in the delivery of care to patients
• Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
