An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Falls Prevention Team to work as part of the Falls Prevention Team across the geographical area of the organisation.

This is wonderful opportunity to develop your skills in prevention of falls and to be a part of a wider multidisciplinary team who are passionate about Falls prevention.

You will be part of a team carrying out Multifactorial Falls Assessments on Patients referred into the Service.

The post will be mainly agile covering the Bradford and Airedale District.

Extensive travel across the district is a requirement of the role in order to successfully undertake the range of duties specified in the job description, therefore it is essential that the applicant have the ability to travel across the district to meet the needs and demand of the service.

We aim to shortlist on 27th November 2020 and interview on 2nd December however these are provisional dates and may change.
