Band 4

Fixed Term Contract (37.5 hours per week until 31st March 2021)

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) is seeking to recruit a proactive HR Coordinator to join our Covid-19 HR team, fixed term until 31st March 2021.

This is a fast paced and varied role where you will be given the opportunity to make a real impact, reporting directly to the Covid-19 HR Business Partner.

Supporting the Covid-19 HR Business Partner to develop and maintain a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service, including typing, shorthand/minute taking, filing, photocopying, diary management, arranging and recording appointments and meetings and scheduling work required in preparation for the meetings.

To act as a junior member of the Covid19 HR Team and assist in day to day HR administration and assist or lead on projects as required.

This position requires someone whom has strong stakeholder management skills, as this will be essential to deliver what is required within SCAS's Covid-19 response's evolving environment.

You will need to be personally resilient, forward thinking, innovative in approach to all people issues, as well as being a problem solver and be able to work at pace and ideally someone who already had NHS and HR experience.

The successful person must be confident working across professional groups to build excellent, effective working relations across the wider directorate, partner organisations and across the wider NHS.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a core commitment and competencies in terms of a collaborative approach to their work.
