Hours - 37.5 hours, 8:30 am - 5.00pm

What is the role?

We are looking for remarkable candidates for our 18-month Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3) programme to provide efficient and effective administrative services to our Capital Development Team. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively, and perform duties accurately including answering the telephone, data input, producing documents, filing and archiving.

Who are we looking for?

The post will be demanding so we are looking for candidates who are ready for the challenge and share our values of care, honesty, and accountability. You will need to be able to demonstrate good communication and team working skills. Previous work experience in an office environment is desirable.

Eligibility and entry requirements

Applicants need to hold a minimum of 3 GCSE grades A*-C and a minimum Level 1 in Numeracy and Literacy (GCSE Grade D/new grade 3). You must be aged 16 or over and have been resident in the UK/EU for the last three years. You must not hold a similar business administration qualification (including apprenticeship) at Level 3 or higher and you must not be in any form of formal government-funded education.

Future Prospects

During your 18 month apprenticeship you will be gaining valuable, transferable administrative skills and experiences that will enable you to apply for further jobs/posts in administration, both in the NHS and other sectors.
