We are looking for an enthusiastic Nurse Associate or Assistant Practitioner to join our Education and Development Team. The post holder will be responsible for supporting Health Care Support Workers across Wiltshire to achieve the competencies for their role. The successful post holder will provide comprehensive and effective training in the clinical environment and classroom, including pastoral support, clinical skills training, and assessment against required standards for Bands 2-4, providing a professional and responsive service. The post holder will promote equality of opportunity to all staff and students across Wiltshire Health and Care. They will actively promote the Care Certificate within the organisation and provide information, advice and guidance for staff in Bands 2-4 and actively support staff who are enrolled on an apprenticeship, supporting supervisors in the workplace and work towards creating a positive learning and development culture across the service

Wiltshire Health and Care was formed in July 2016 and is a partnership of the three NHS Foundation Trusts that serve Wiltshire; Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
