Cornwall Partnership is fully committed to the education and development of our staff and students to enhance the delivery of high quality care. It is a dynamic time in pre-registration education with the introduction of new development pathways, job roles and curricula. To support this aim the Education and Training Department are looking to expand their team and recruit to the position of Practice Educator (Students/Apprentices). The role will involve working with the Lead Practice Educators, clinical placement areas across CFT, partner organisations and higher education institutions to ensure the development of high quality learning environments. The post holder will work alongside other colleagues to support student and apprenticeship placements with the goal to increase the capacity for learners in Cornwall.

The person we are looking for will have; a strong clinical background with recent clinical experience, excellent communication skills, ability to engage and influence at all levels, demonstrate a passion for education and act as a professional role model. You will also be confident in working in cross field environments, providing support in Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability clinical settings. You will play a key role in quality improvement initiatives leading to improved patient care. We will provide appropriate support and opportunities for your continued development. This post will work across the county.
