Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has been rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We are a responsive and innovative Foundation Trust that places our values of Caring, Safe and Excellent at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.

We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding learning and development department, which is a registered provider of apprenticeships.

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where customer service is at the key of all that you do? You will play a vital part in our team that will help to develop the future of Learning & Development.

We are looking for an administrator who can support the Learning & Development Centre and work as part of a larger team of administrators to provide an excellent experience for all our learners and visitors to the Centre. The role is varied with a need for a high level of accuracy, IT skills, diary management, minute taking and the ability to prioritise workloads.

We have a lot of phone call and face to face queries which makes for a varied workload and no two days are the same.

Personal development is encouraged and is supported through Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeships and other relevant IT and administration upskilling courses.
