Applications are invited for the post of Specialist Craftsperson (Electrical) within the Estates Operations department.

You will have core specialist skills in electrical services, ideally in LV, HV, distribution, generators, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems and Building Management Systems. You will be able to carry out activities which are complex and/or non-routine to involve fault finding, installation and maintenance.

You will hold a BTEC HNC/HND/Approved Apprenticeship, City and Guilds or NVQ III Technician's Certificate or equivalent qualification in a relevant topic.

There will be a requirement to carry out administration duties to include updating worksheets and job tickets, data inputting and completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance worksheets with the ability to communicate verbally, by phone and in writing to Senior Management and clinical users throughout the Trust.
