Integrated Support Worker (Apprentice) x 5 posts

21 hours per week (between the hours of 7am and 11 p.m. on a flexible rota including week-ends and bank holidays)

FIXED TERM for 18 months

Paid at National Minimum Wage (relevant to age)

We are seeking to recruit a committed member of staff to work within an established and integrated enablement service with an excellent reputation. Providing short term high quality services to people within their own homes across North East Lincolnshire, the service is dependent on having a robust multi-skilled team responsible for ensuring we get the best possible outcomes by working in partnership with service users; carers; families and our health colleagues. The role also includes working with therapy programmes and always ensuring that we promote an individual's independence at all times. We support people between the hours of 7am and 11 p.m. on a flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays.

If you are confident, highly motivated and would like the opportunity to work within a vibrant department within Health and Social Care this could be the role for you! The successful candidate will be expected to work towards Adult Care Worker Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship.

The successful candidate must have the ability to transport self and others around North East Lincolnshire for which mileage allowance will be paid where applicable.
