This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to start their career in the NHS as an administrative apprentice (business apprentice) within the Referrals and Appointmetns Team in Community Paediatric Service at Heathside Centre, Coxheath, Maidstone.

This post is to support the Referrals and appointments Team. You will work with and alongside others and full training and support will be offered. The venue is both a busy administration base and a clinic venue where children and young people attend for their Community Paediatric appointments.

Candidates will require a good standard of literacy and numeracy; good communication skills (both telephone and face to face); be able to work as part of a team and also use their own initiative. There will need to be enthusiasm for learning new tasks. The post will provide a number of opportunities to learn tasks related to an administration role.

We are a friendly, small team who are passionate about our work with children and young people and we are looking to expand this with the development of administrative apprentices.

This is a 13 month fixed term role.

Interviews are scheduled for the 3rd December 2020.
