We are looking for an assistant team leader who can help us deliver an efficient, high quality medical records service across the Trust. This role is essential to providing safe care to our patients by ensuring that medical records are in the right place at the right time for patients to be treated and then returned to the correct storage location. This role is a senior member of the team, providing leadership and guidance to our clerical officers and apprentices. The role will be key to helping us achieve our targets.

The role is interesting and varied including booking and amending appointments, helping staff and patients on the reception desk, implementing systems improvements to improve service provision and preparing case notes for outpatient appointments. This role provides a great insight into the NHS and requires excellent inter-personal skills when communicating with patients and members of staff at all levels within the Trust
