What will the apprentice be doing?
Support the UK Proposition Development & Projects team
Work cross functionally to ensure Projects are delivered successfully
Ensure the correct processes are in place
Provide support with tracking and delivery of Projects
Delivering day-to-day & BAU tasks identified
Work with Head of Proposition Development to manage our Virtual Communities Product
Understand & support the rollout of the WW UK Project Management Methodology
Implement & own standardisation processes in department
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 4 Associate Project Manager programme. Participants will complete the industry benchmark Association for Project Management's (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ)

Course is online with apprentices from other businesses, not just from WW.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
With experience and qualifcations you could go onto Project Management role but not guaranteed at WW.

Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Team working, Initiative, G-Suite experience, Prioritisation, Ability to multitask
Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 or over) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 or over) Essential
Things to consider
This role is currently based at home due to Coronavirus but will be office based in Maidenhead, Berkshire once we're able to return.
