Our Commitment to you is to help you gain a level 2 qualification in Customer Service Practitioner within a 15 month contract. Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £160 p/w.

As part of the apprentice programme you will learn in the workplace and have off the job training.

We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic person to provide administrative support to the Corporate Nursing Education and Practice Learning Team within the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust (UHL).

If you are a reliable, self-motivated individual with genuine interest in providing a quality service this could be the role for you. In addition to general administrative duties you will be required to maintain and report from databases, provide front of house reception cover and support the planning of events and study days within a busy office environment.

To qualify for the apprenticeship role the minimum criteria is:-
  • that you must have GCSE in English and Maths
  • have not completed an apprenticeship at the same level and sector in the past
  • do not have a Degree in a similar or same subject
