About The Role:

LCHS NHS Trust are able to offer an exciting opportunity to an individual who meets the job specification to work within our Learning and Development Team working across Lincolnshire. The successful applicant will be joining our Apprentice Centre delivering in-house programmes, assessing and supporting learners in practice across the health care spectrum. They will deliver a series of supporting Healthcare workshops that enhance the learning experience.

The successful post holder would be expected to work across Lincolnshire. The role is designed to enhance the quality of the learning delivered and to prepare staff for their next step in their development as part of our organisational approach to 'growing for the future'. You will have a qualification in assessing such as CAVA or TAQA, have some experience or occupational competence in clinical and care expertise - examples being nursing, adult services, children's services, speech & Language or occupational health.

LCHS NHS Trust holds the status of an Employer Provider and has been delivering apprenticeships since 2017. We have recently undertaken both an OFSTED monitoring visit and ESFA audit with favourable results. We have more work to do so this role allows scope to help shape the development of the future proposition and delivery.
