We are a 39 bedded Stroke Unit providing care for both Hyper-acute and acute stroke patients. Thrombolysis is an integral part of stroke care within the units and is available 24 hours over seven days a week.

Whether you are just starting out on your nursing career, looking for a change of job, working in a Nursing Home we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you.

We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship training, clinical support and supervision on the ward and we are committed to professional development of all staff. Team working is an integral part of this ward with all staff are enabled and empowered to make a real difference for their patients. You will need to be well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and to your personal professional development.

We have one permanent post and one fixed term post for up to 12 months available.
