Theatres Clinical Support Worker

Division: Planned Care

Band: 2

Salary: £18,005 - £19,337 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for a Theatres Clinical Support Workers across the Division who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holder will be expected to provide support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of care plans for individual patients.

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience. We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients.

You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills will be key for the fulfilment of the position.

Care Certificate Programme to be completed over a specified 6 months period, if not obtained prior to commencement.
