BSW LWAB Workstream Administrative Assistant (6 m fixed term - 22.5 hours a week can be worked over 3,4 or 5 days per week or term time/school hours)

Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCG (BSWCCG) are looking for an organised individual for a new Administrative Assistant to join the Workforce Transformation Team. BSWCCG is a newly merged organisation and this is an exciting time.

The post requires you to work in an agile way, embracing virtual and home working, you will work closely with the BSW Education and Recruitment Project lead and BSW Apprenticeship Lead. You will also work with and provide support to your BSW colleagues across all organisations to support the delivery of the Education and Recruitment Work streams by providing administrative support. This work will include arrangement of key meetings and compilation and preparation of relevant papers and reports and write up of notes and minutes. You will also be key to the implementation and population of our new digital platform - sharing your expertise across the BSW patch.

You will have a good knowledge of how to provide excellent administration services and will self motivated to provide excellent support to the project leads. You will have good communication skills to work in this multi-professional and multi-agency environment. Interviews will take place at the end of October/ beginning of November and will include a presentation to a small panel of wider stakeholders.
