Big opportunities to grow and develop growth......

As an Education Directorate we are continually looking at how we can support our students in practice to achieve their full potential. As part of this support our Practice Development Team is looking for a highly motivated, well organised and innovative Band 6 to join them to look at how the student and placement experience can be developed, to ensure our attrition and retention is optimal.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for both personal and professional development and define student placement experience across the ICO now and in the future. The post is directly linked to Health Education England RePAIR Legacy report on Students therefore an understanding of the HEE RePAIR (2018) project outcomes would be advantageous. We want to take positive steps and work towards supporting our students through to qualification, as we recognise them as our future workforce.

The post is a 12mth Fixed Term Contract, however we would be happy to consider applications from individuals who have a clear passion for education, who may see this as a secondment opportunity to enhance their professional development.
