  • We are looking for an experienced senior manager to work with our Chief Operating Officer, Divisional teams and external partners to provide strategic and operational leadership for our planned care services, including our elective recovery programme. You will have a proven track record in operational management, service delivery and improvement with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will develop effective working relationships across Divisional and organisational boundaries, supporting and developing teams to deliver in a patient focused environment Please note this post is subject to banding.
