The division of Medical Specialties at UCLH is currently looking to recruit an individual who is interested in gaining valuable working experience in a well-respected Health Care organisation whilst studying for a business and administration apprenticeship.

The Medical Specialties division is responsible for ensuring services are efficiently and effectively run in order to provide an excellent service to our patients. The Division is diverse and covers: Elderly Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Endocrinology and Diabetes, Neurophysiology, Cardiology, Clinical Pharmacology, Nephrology, Outpatients and Ground Floor reception for the Tower. The Division runs both inpatient and outpatient services for local, regional and national patients.

An Apprenticeship is being offered in Cardiology.
  • Administration Apprenticeship: Provide important assistance and administrative support to key initiatives for the departments within Medical Specialties supporting clinical and managerial staff

We are looking for applicants who are motivated, have good communication skills and have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. This is an 18 months fixed term contract position, whereby you will be working towards an apprenticeship qualification; Business Admin level 3.

Please note; only those candidates with proof of math and English certificates at grade C or above will be invited to the assessment day.
