Programming
- Developing ground-up solutions ranging from small applications to complete back-office solutions
- Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and problem resolution; identifies, evaluates, and recommends options, implementing if required
- Maintain solution ownership and the consulting relationship through solution delivery and beyond
- Seek to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited
- Lead the design, build, test and deployment for technology solutions
- Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
- Write development specifications and interfaces with customers to test modifications and resolve issues that arise
Server Side
- Developing API integrations
- Use .Net Framework including ASP.NET and C# to produce clean scalable code
- Write Web Services (ASP.NET API)
Client Side
- Develop Angular applications
- Programme using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS
- Work with User Interfaces

Technical Support
- Working with the Avrion Technical Team to provide exceptional technical support for our customers
Sales Support
- Provides pre-sales support to the sales team, designing demos, wireframes and POC
- Contributes to sales strategy around development capabilities and services and assists the sales team to understand and position Avrion's CRM services within Avrion's services framework
- Ensures that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced
Relationship Management
- Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products, and systems
- Maintains contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction; captures and disseminates technical and business information
Innovation
- Actively monitor for, and seek, opportunities, new methods, and trends in IT capabilities and products to the advancement of the organisation. Clearly articulate and formally report their benefits
