Key Strategic Responsibilities:

Programming
  • Developing ground-up solutions ranging from small applications to complete back-office solutions
  • Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and problem resolution; identifies, evaluates, and recommends options, implementing if required
  • Maintain solution ownership and the consulting relationship through solution delivery and beyond
  • Seek to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited
  • Lead the design, build, test and deployment for technology solutions
  • Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
  • Write development specifications and interfaces with customers to test modifications and resolve issues that arise

Server Side
  • Developing API integrations
  • Use .Net Framework including ASP.NET and C# to produce clean scalable code
  • Write Web Services (ASP.NET API)

Client Side
  • Develop Angular applications
  • Programme using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS
  • Work with User Interfaces
  • Learn SOLID principles

Technical Support
  • Working with the Avrion Technical Team to provide exceptional technical support for our customers

Sales Support
  • Provides pre-sales support to the sales team, designing demos, wireframes and POC
  • Contributes to sales strategy around development capabilities and services and assists the sales team to understand and position Avrion's CRM services within Avrion's services framework
  • Ensures that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced

Relationship Management
  • Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products, and systems
  • Maintains contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction; captures and disseminates technical and business information

Innovation
  • Actively monitor for, and seek, opportunities, new methods, and trends in IT capabilities and products to the advancement of the organisation. Clearly articulate and formally report their benefits

You will also learn and utilise consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate technology into the client's business environment to achieve and exceed client expected business results.
