Are you a caring, forward thinking, dynamic nurse who is committed to providing child centred holistic support to children and young people with Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction? Due to an opening we are looking for Band 6 Nurse to join the Children's Bladder and Bowel Service inB&NES . As a nurse with services withPaediatric Bladder and Bowel Serviceyou will receive AFC B6 salary including NHS pension. We'll provide you with access to a committed Learning and Development team, and we work closely with you to further your potential and support your progression. We will offer a combination of in house eLearning, workshops and courses to support your development, including the chance to complete a Leadership/Management Apprenticeship.

You will have a Children's nursing qualification - RSCN/RN Child branch or Specialist Practitioner or have relevant experience in this field

We are a small team of Nurses, who work closely together to promote a healthy happy working environment where everyone can reach their full potential and are looking to develop and expand the service.

As the Band 6 Nurse you will be delivering high quality, evidence based assessments to support children/young people with Bladder and Bowel Dysfunction to achieve their full potential.

You will be working closely with families, schools and carers and the wider multi-disciplinary team to promote healthy Bladder and Bowels to all service users.

You will receive regular 1:1 supervision and appraisals with your Line Manager. As a team we willget together regularly, auditing and sharing skills and knowledge. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity, which includes the opportunity to link in with local and National Forums.
