We are recruiting for a Clinical Trial Delivery Manager who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best of People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holder will manage the research delivery team to conduct research safely, efficiently and to the required standards & targets. In addition, you will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of the delivery of clinical research portfolio, meeting the demands of our dynamic research portfolio in a timely manner with great attention to detail.

The Clinical Trials Delivery Manager will be the main point of contact for study sponsors and support departments and hence require effective team working, networking and influencing skills, especially in a high pressure environment. You will work closely with the governance, delivery and management teams within the department to ensure quality assurance and trial management processes relating to studies.

The Research and Innovation Department at Medway Hospital is a growing area with an excellent reputation. Since 2013, the Trust R&I contributed the highest number of participants in clinical research among the other organizations in Kent, Surrey and Sussex Clinical Research Network. We aim to offer as many patients as possible the opportunity to take part in cutting edge research, allowing them to receive and contribute to the treatments of tomorrow.
