Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is an exciting place to work. It offers a wide range of employment opportunities for many people.

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust positively encourages applications from all areas of the community, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or religious beliefs. We are committed to ensuring people who work for the community trust have a good working life - and a good work life/home life balance.

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust values your application and we are committed to making your recruitment experience as enjoyable as possible. You may be contacted by the Recruitment Team following your interview as we would like to use your application for other suitable roles in various locations across the Trust.

Do the terms of your furlough enable you to do paid work for another employer? Do you want to pick up some extra paid work on an hourly basis to fit around your other commitments? Are you able to help your local NHS at a time of pressure?

We are looking for people to join our flexible staff bank between now and the end of March 2021 to help us with information analysis and reporting within the Informatics and the Workforce teams.

For the period of the pandemic, we are operating 7-day information reporting services, and there are shifts available between 8.30 - 11.30 am every day to produce reports that will be used by clinicians, leaders and NHS England/NHS Improvement.

Ideally, we are looking for experienced information professionals who can quickly become valued and valuable members of our team covid response.

We will consider individuals who may not quite meet our person specification but who can demonstrate the ability and drive to learn and to use their transferrable skills.

You will require high level (ideally specialist) knowledge and experience using a range of information systems, with particular expertise in data analysis and packages such as Microsoft Excel.

For further information (or for an informal discussion about the post) please contact: Steve Price (Information Programme Manager - Information Services) via [email protected] or John Snell (Head of Workforce Planning, Systems & Information) via [email protected]
