  • You'll help to ensure that the world continues to connect safely as we look to protect our services, governments, FTSE 500 companies, and our millions of customers
  • You'll be joining our security team, looking at how we deliver the very best software for our security products
  • You'll get to experience the full software development lifecycle of design, develop, implement, test and support
  • You'll work with real life secure software solutions, using contemporary software development languages

Desired qualifications

  • You'll need to achieve (or be on course to achieve) three A-Levels with a minimum of BBC grades. You'll also need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English and maths. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of some of our roles, you may be required to undergo Security Clearance. Don't worry, our Early Careers teams will talk you through this if needed.
  • Please note: All of our apprentice schemes are subject to eligibility criteria


Future prospects

  • Ability to assimilate into a permanent role with the BT Group on completion of the apprenticesh
