Our Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a Project Manager or Project Control Manager; you will study towards a BSc qualification whilst doing a real job and earning a competitive salary from day one.

Whatever project you are assigned to you'll be the eyes and ears of a project, ensuring that it stays on track. You will maintain, update and report on key project data, identify any potential issues as the project progresses and help make effective decisions to move the project along. You'll be using the latest project management tools to assist the Project Manager in keeping projects on track.

Over the duration of the scheme, you will gain exposure to all areas of your business unit, working on varied projects and be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle through rotating placements every 12 months and being offered a number of stretch assignments and enrichment activities which support your development.

As a Project Management Degree Apprentice, you will not just be office based, you will have the opportunity to get out and about visiting key stakeholders across various locations as well as seeing the work you are supporting in situ.

  • GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English plus a minimum of 240/96 UCAS pointsor equivalent (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level), The UCAS points must include a numerate subject

When you successfully complete your apprenticeship, we will help you to move into a suitable role, subject to the requirements of the business.

The process consists of five stages:
  • An online application
  • Online Testing
  • Video Interview
  • Application review
  • Qualification, Medical and security checks

The apprentice recruitment window opened on the 1 November 2020 and remains open until 28 February 2021.

Depending on fulfilment of the requirements, the process can take until July/August to complete and final offers are made.
