What will the apprentice be doing?
Starting out your journey in our HR function you will initially join our HR shared services team and get to know our business policies and HR procedures. You will then rotate into generalist HR at one of our sites, supporting our colleagues in operations. You'll also get to spend some time in our centres of expertise, such as Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, to develop well-rounded HR skills. Following successful completion of your management degree, we will top up your qualifications by sponsoring your level 7 CIPD.

The Greencore Degree Apprenticeship Programme is designed to help you reach your potential and build a rewarding career in food.
In partnership with Nottingham Trent University, this 4-year degree programme will align your studies to real work, allowing you to earn a great salary and become an integral part of our management team (subject to development and performance).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As your leadership skills develop, your level of responsibility will grow throughout the duration of the programme.

Things to consider
This programme is rotational in nature, and as such you may be required to work from any site based in England. You must be willing to relocate as needed and able to travel.
