After your Accounting apprenticeship progress into a full-time role as Junior Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeping Assistant, Junior Tax Consultant or Audit Assistant. You can also complete the ACCA qualification into Chartered Accountancy.
- Being part of a fast-paced team, you'll ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner and chase employees and clients when things are outstanding
- You'll spend time analysing our core business metrics and understand the profitability of our different teams
- Being friendly and enthusiastic, you'll enjoy liaising with non-financial employees to help them understand the financial impact of their work
- Monitoring timesheet compliance
- Monitor project end dates
- Client Invoicing (liaising with research execs to ensure timely client invoicing)
- Supplier Invoicing (liaising with research execs to ensure timely approval of supplier invoices)
- Analysis of project Actuals vs Forecast
- Assisting teams with finance system queries (once training has been received)
- Acting as a liaison between central finance and the business for finance queries
- Investigating irregularities in the financial information to ensure it is accurate

- Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and maths
- B or 5 at GCSE maths
