What will the apprentice be doing?
Our teams consist of Naval Architects, Designers, Marine and Maritime Engineers and Hydrodynamicists with capability in all aspects of surface ship and submarine . This Group has specialisms in hydrodynamic testing and SMERAS (Submarine Escape, Rescue, Abandonment and Survivability) but also encompasses many transversal capabilities in structures, CFD, data analysis, requirements generation, noise and vibration, safety cases, trials and control systems.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprenticeship title:Level 6 Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship length:4 years (You will be released 1 day a week to visit the course provider)
