We Offer

The Steps to Success Scholarship Program is for outstanding Year 13 students in the UK who are from an underrepresented and/or disadvantaged background.

The program offers a rare insight into the workings of a large and innovative global bank, consisting of one four-week and one six-week summer internship in London, which will take place in the summer of 2021 and 2022.

You will have the opportunity to intern in two different businesses at Credit Suisse, which could include,

Equity Research

During the program you will be given the chance to network across the divisions, receive soft skills and industry training, attend speaker sessions with senior representatives and work alongside employees across the bank.

You will work on projects and real tasks that will contribute to your understanding of the roles within the bank. You’ll also receive scholarship funding for your tuition fees for every year that you are a scholar on the program.

You Offer

Credit Suisse is noted for the diversity of its employees, but seeks colleagues with a common set of abilities – highly motivated and creative individuals who have proven record of academic achievement, and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. We’ll be looking at your potential and your interest in the financial services industry. We’re looking to build future leaders who add fresh and diverse perspectives to our business.

You must be in the process of applying through UCAS for a place at university for a three-year degree graduating in 2024.

In particular, you should:

• Be able to demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills
• Be currently in Year 13 with a minimum AAA (or equivalent) grade prediction (this will need to be verified by your Head Teacher or Head of Sixth Form)
