Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Liaison between Programme Leads, Coaches and Digital Academy Leads to organise and schedule training sessions for associate coaches
  • Support Digital Academy Leads with technical administration of onboarding new starters, including organising software approvals, liaising with the team to arrange meetings and arranging sessions before they start
  • Diary management of 90-day schedule for ongoing intake of Digital Associates
  • Responsible for Teaching Assistant and buddy allocation for Associate coaches
  • Attending and taking notes at Data Team meetings, communicating key messages and actions to the team afterwards
  • Support Data Team Leads with onboarding new starters, including liaising with the team to plan a schedule for new starters and ensure they have invites to all required onboarding sessions
  • Liaise with coaches and Programme Operations to support the smooth onboarding of our apprentice cohorts, including reviewing and confirming final delivery schedules
  • Assigning coaches when cover needed for Flying Starts, Delivery Sessions, Client Meetings
  • Work with Team Leads & Wellbeing Pillar to organise team offsites and social activities


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Interest in data and logistics - candidates with experience here preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Six months' admin experience
  • Strong digital skills, competent using Google Suite (Gmail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English.

Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent).

After your Digital Marketing apprenticeship progress into a full-time Junior, Specialist, Executive or Associate in: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications & PR, Data & Insights Analysis, SEO, PPC, Content Management or Writing and more.
