Providing administrative and analytic support to the Project Team. You will work across this busy department learning a variety of skills and disciplines.
  • Keep track of budgetsand project expenditures
  • Help to set up project meetings/venues
  • Handle the minute-taking at meetings
  • Assist with project planning
  • Keep theproject calendarup to date

  • Assist with project transition plan after BAU
  • Offer suggestions to improve efficiencies
  • Maintain project compliance standards
  • Working with Data on Spreadsheets
  • Collating and compiling presentations and reports using data
  • Liaising and chasing for updates and information from project managers and project teams
  • Supporting the creation of documents and processes in the projects area
  • Updating plans and supporting project teams through processes
  • Supporting the day-to-day of project management tasks such as risk and issue management
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Team to provide project progress updates to the organisation

The following skills would be desirable, however, not essential:
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of project management
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Understanding of governance
  • Understanding of risk management or the difference between risks and issues
  • Ability to communicate withall levels of staff and management

Desired qualifications

Must have achieved 5 GCSE's Grade C/4 or above to include mathematics and English OR equivalent.

This role would be suitable for a candidate who has perhaps already achieved their A Levels / AS Level in Business / IT and / or English.

Future prospects

TT2 have exciting projects they are working on currently and over the next few years. As an associate Project Manager with TT2, you will be fortunate enough to be involved in all of these projects and help to make a difference. On completion of your Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship, for the right candidate there may be possible progression opportunities, subject to the business needs and requirements at the time.
