    Junior Project Managers are detail-oriented multi-taskers with a go getting, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude. You need to have great communication skills and are able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.
    In addition to these traits, we are looking for candidates that have the following skills.

    • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong people skills

    Experience in project management and methodologies such as Scrum and Agile would be advantageous.

    Personal qualities

    All Collier Pickard staff are expected to perform the following:

    • Attending Company meetings as scheduled
    • Developing new documentation and processes/procedures as required
    • Attending scheduled training courses as required
    • Representing Collier Pickard in a professional manner at all times
    Desired qualifications
    • Strong GCSE/A-Level results (or equivalent)
    • Plus any A Level or a Level 3 in a similar subject
    • Or holds an existing project management qualification
    Future prospects

    Collier Pickard looks to employ their apprentices at the end of their apprenticeship if they demonstrate the necessary skills at the office and do well in their apprenticeship.
