Working with children with complex health needs

The team work over 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays over a 4 week rota. This post is shift work, mainly night duty with some day care available.

Night duty enhancements apply and a competetive rate paid for mileage.

As a Health care support worker working in Wiltshire and Banes you'll join a team who are dedicated to providing excellent holistic cae to children with a range of complex healtrh needs . We are proud to work alongside families and other agencies to promote inclusion and quality of life to children whose lives may be life limited.

Your days will be varied and rewarding working alonside children with a various health needs. The children the team support can have Rspiratory conditions, including CPAP/BIPAP, Enteral feeding/Complex Epilepsy and those who are totally technbology dependent and life limited. The team support to enable them to reach their full potential.

You will have an interest in complex needs nursing of children, NVQ3 or similar, however we provide full training and a passion for this role is the quality we seek.
