We are seeking to recruit Nursing Associate (Band 4) to become part of the dynamic and innovative team within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The posts will provide you with a wide range of experience to develop your skills and competence. You will need to have completed a Level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice. If completed the Nursing Associate apprenticeship must have completed and passed the End Point Assessment and be registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.

You will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high standards of patient care within a multidisciplinary team setting. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to develop new clinical skills and knowledge whilst consolidating experience gained on their training programme in order to become a highly skilled and able Nursing Associate

If you are offered a position, you may be required to undertake a DBS. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48 or Standard £30) from your salary over a 3 month period (including Internal staff). You will also be required to participate in the DBS Update Service and pay the £13 cost per year. This is a condition of your employment. DBS checks for volunteers are free.

LTHT will request electronic Factual Employment References from your previous employers. These references will be requested before you are issued with an unconditional offer of employment letter.
