A fantastic opportunity has arisen for trainee or qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our Urology team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. This is a new and exciting opportunity that is part of a major Service Development within Lincolnshire.

We are looking to recruit positive, forward thinking individuals who are motivated and can motivate others, work under pressure and manage the needs of a wide variety of attendances. This post provides an exciting opportunity for the experienced professional who is passionate about Urology Care to develop their professional practice to higher levels or more junior professional who would like to develop their advanced clinical skills.

To apply you need to be a registered healthcare professional who is eligible to become a prescriber. If you already have a Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice and relevant experience, we would consider you for the 8a positions. If you are passionate about urology and wish to develop but don't yet have your master's degree then we would consider you as a Band 7 positions (with upgrade to band 8a on qualification). We offer a funded Higher Apprenticeship Master's Degree in Advanced Practice, V300 Non-Medical Prescribing, European Resuscitation Council Advanced Life Support and IRMER qualifications plus an individualised budget to support further professional development.

The post will involve day and night duties rotating with the Medical Staff and other Advanced Clinical Practitioners to provide a 24/7 clinical service within the Trust. Clinical supervision, teaching, training and on-going development will be available primarily from the Urology Department at Lincoln Hospital. Rotation between Lincoln and Boston sites is required.
