Our Early Talent and Apprenticeship Manager will manage all early talent in the business, including the recruitment of Management Degree apprentices', graduates and placement students, and the management of other apprentices across the business, maintaining relationships with training providers and supporting / mentoring the apprentices on their development journey.
You will also be responsible for:-
Managing, implementing and driving an early talent recruitment & development plan.
Maintaining, supporting and managing of all apprenticeship programmes
Supporting for all HR teams / line managers and learners on programmes
Providing support and guidance for applicants
registering all learners with ESFA, completed to agreed KPIs,
preparing and managing the monthly progression records, ensuring that learner portfolios, coach feedback etc is regularly reviewed for quality and accuracyManaging our "Award Winning" Degree Programmes
Managing the Graduate recruitment programme & development co-ordination
Utilising and managing the Levy spend & promotion
Ensuring and maintaining the relationship management for all apprenticeship training providers.
