The NHS is changing. More emphasis on community-based care means there's never been a better time to join us.

The CQC has rated us 'outstanding' and says that our colleagues feel supported, valued and respected, with high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

Our vision is to deliver excellent local services which improve the health of our communities. To do this we need outstanding people who share our values (CARE). CARE stands for:
  • Compassionate
  • Aspirational
  • Responsive
  • Excellent

If you're a qualified health professional Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust needs you to help deliver the biggest ever mass immunisation programme that Kent and Medway has ever seen.

We need people who can work as flexibly as possible, including evenings and weekends, in their local communities. We're looking for qualified vaccinators including nurses, GPs, paramedics, dentists and Allied Health Professionals (e.g. physiotherapists, podiatrists, dental hygienists, dietitians, occupational therapists, optometrists, speech and language therapists and many more) who we can train to give the COVID-19 vaccine to people in Kent.

You'll be working across multiple sites and in new ways - for example in mobile units or mass vaccination venues - to ensure that everyone gets the protection they need against COVID-19, so you'll need to be compassionate, responsive and flexible.

We'll offer you full training as part of our CQC-rated 'Outstanding' NHS Trust.

It's an ambitious programme. We have a mountain to climb.

But if we work together now we can get back to a normal way of life much sooner. And that's good for all of us.

Let's do this. #Together.
