33.5 hours per week
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work on our Medical /frailty Team working within the acute medical Therapy team in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital , North East Lincolnshire. This is a static post would be covering acute medicine, working across the whole patient pathway for medical patients including Emergency Department, Same Day Emergency care and acute admissions unit. You will be responsible for assessment and management of a caseload working closely with other members of your team and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
