Healthcare Assistant - Outpatients Department Wexham Park Hospital

As a health care assistant, you will be responsible for working in the outpatient clinics. You will be asked to carry out duties in support and under supervision of a registered nurse, known as your team leader and to participate in patient care as a member of the department nursing team.

Heatherwood, Wexham Park, King Edward and St Marks Hospitals work closely together, and have embarked on an incredible journey of transformation which we want you to be a part of, as we continue forward.

In our recent CQC inspection we attained a classification of " GOOD" and continue to strive to do better every day. A numeracy and English assessment will form part of the interview process. Come and be part of our transformation. We look forward to hearing from you.

This vacancy is linked to a level 2 apprenticeship. This will support you to gain relevant knowledge, skills and experience that will help you achieve your potential in this role. Working alongside the Trust's experienced staff you will be supported to gain the apprenticeship qualification and functional skills in maths and English if required. This is a great opportunity to gain a national recognised qualification while you are working and earning, which will support you in both this role and in your future career at Frimley Health.

You will not be required to undertake an apprenticeship if you have previously completed a relevant apprenticeship, NVQ or similar qualification.
