We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Analyst to join the private practice unit information and data quality team.

The successful candidate will support the Senior IT and Informatics manager , producing performance analysis and meeting other information needs arising from the department. You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating a number of national and local returns, ensuring that they are correct and submitted in time.

You will have some skills in SQL server, Excel, MS Office Products which you will develop while in this role. From time to time you may be required to deputise for the Senior IT and Informatics manager at meetings and elsewhere.

This permanent post is graded Band 5, for which under an apprenticeship the salary scale is 70% of £30,112 per annum (£21,078) plus the High Cost Area Supplement of £4,843.

Your starting salary is £24,800 based on £30,112 x 70% = £21,078 + £3,722 = £24,800.
