What will the apprentice be doing?
Engineers are at the forefront of our new product development that ranges from introducing hundreds of new products each year to launching new business start-ups. You would be providing a high level of support to Bakkavor whilst gaining fault-finding experience and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the business. Working in engineering requires a hands-on and enthusiastic individual with a team player mentality and strong planning abilities.
Tasks will include:
- Operating machinery
- Performing first line electrical maintenance
- Producing replacement components

- Level 3 Diploma
- Block release in Year 1
- Day release in further years
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The expected career progression at the end of this apprenticeship is for the apprentice to become an Engineer
