I am currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Staff Bank (REED) and support in the fight against Covid-19.

At the Staff Bank, we recruit Nurses, Midwives and Clinical Support Staff to join Leeds Teaching Hospital Staff Bank, providing a flexible workforce to cover shifts across the whole of Leeds Teaching Hospitals. During this difficult time, this role will provide invaluable support to the key workers of Leeds Teaching Hospitals in the fight against Covid-19. This role will be specialising in the recruitment of Clinical Support Staff and include the following key aspects:
  • Sourcing and registering candidates
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Managing pipeline of applicants
  • Communicating with candidates, compliance teams, and stakeholders in Leeds Trust via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Developing marketing and recruitment strategies
  • Managing social media

Prior experience in resourcing or recruitment is desirable, but not essential.

This role is full time (8am-5pm Monday to Friday) and offers a competitive salary of £18,500 with bonus potential of £2,000 per annum. We also offer industry leading training.

If you are offered a position, you may be required to undertake a DBS. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48 or Standard £30) from your salary over a 3 month period (including Internal staff). You will also be required to participate in the DBS Update Service and pay the £13 cost per year. This is a condition of your employment. For Band 1 roles the Trust will pay the cost of the DBS checks and refund to you the cost of the update service. DBS checks for volunteers are free.

LTHT will request electronic Factual Employment References from your previous employers. These references will be requested before you are issued with an unconditional offer of employment letter.

Please note that a car parking permit or space cannot be guaranteed. The Trust operates a points based waiting list system.
