What will the apprentice be doing?

This is an important administrative role in which you will gain experience working in all areas of HR from recruitment, payroll, training and policies as well as generate links with all functions of the business such as Manufacturing, Technical, Development and Finance.

Our Advanced Apprenticeship in Human Resources is an ideal opportunity to see how HR operates in one of the fastest growing sectors of the food industry. As you will gain a full understanding of the Bakkavor values, this role requires you to be a great communicator, to be well organised and to be able to manage deadlines.

Tasks will include:

• Supporting the recruitment process
• Implementing local HR processes
• Maintaining HR records
• Delivering excellent customer service

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

HR Apprenticeship standard and a CIPD qualification

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A site based HR assistant or a Central HR Services Advisor

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in English and maths + three others (Grade 9 – 4 or A*- C) essential
