Combined is an "outstanding" Trust, and we are looking for several people to join us! We have part time & flexible posts available now!

We lead Systems Leadership, Organisational Development and Inclusion, in the shadow ICS of Staffordshire and Stoke -on -Trent.

We are currently based at home, and work in an agile way .This has enabled us to work flexibly, at a geographic distance, away from the Trust HQ .This liberates us to recruit talent from a much wider geographic patch, and increases your opportunity to work with us, wherever you are based.

    Your key role will be in supporting organisational development through personal readiness, can- do attitude and your aptitude for continuous change.

    We expect your style to be straightforward, pragmatic and hands on as well as engaging and inspirational.
